Palingeo provides a new tool for all interested parties to counteract illicit behaviors, aiming to ensure the protection and confidentiality of whistleblowers, those involved, and the content of the reports.

The digital platform enables the secure and confidential submission of reports regarding illicit activities that individuals have become aware of. Among the main advantages of this tool is the ability to report anonymously and to be informed about the status of one’s own report.

The reporting channel allows concerned individuals to submit reports to the receiving company regarding violations of national or European Union regulations that harm public interest or the integrity of the company. This includes relevant illicit conduct according to Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the Organization, Management, and Control Model that they have become aware of within the scope of their work context.
